hey guys, i'm in the school library with nothing to do until jen gets out of class, so i figured i'd update my lj [which i never do, haha].

so today i had my last counseling appointment for the semester. (: i'm feeling pretty good now that i've been on celexa and been in counseling for the last few months; sorry if i was sort of a drag near the start of the semester. i'm feeling so much better~ X3

my first semester of college is almost over! for reference, i had english, us history and political science [two classes in one!], public speaking, intermediate french reading, and badminton. surprisingly, the classes that i thought i would like the least, public speaking and badminton, were my two favorites. XP i've had a lot of fun in those classes, and i'll miss going to them. right now i'm finishing up with all my final essays and speeches, and studying for ~*finals*~ which are over the next two weeks [my english final is on saturday D:].

after this semester is over, i've got winter break for a whole month. :'D it's not going to be a very exciting winter break, but it'll be nice. jen is hopefully going to get a bike for her birthday, so i can teach her how to ride a bike and we can go on bike-riding adventures together! over new year's, my neighbors are going on vacation, so i'm going to house sit for them. :0 i've never done that before; i have to spend the night there so that their dogs can sleep inside [because it's cold or something? i don't know]. and then in january, toby's gonna get his last set of shots, so we can take the boys on walks again! overall, winter break isn't going to be very eventful, but i think jen, the puppies and i will have fun. <3

sorry for such a long entry, guys. D: or, it feels long to me anyway. i just don't talk about what's going on with me much anymore, so i figured i'd post a little update of sorts. (:

haha, okay, so i'm at school, waiting for my french class to start. i'm hanging out outside, sitting under this huge tree. i'm just minding my own business, checking my email, when i hear this SUPER LOUD SCRATCHING AND RUMBLING ABOVE MY HEAD, and i seriously thought the tree was FALLING DOWN ON ME because there were leaves and pieces of bark falling all over me and i look up and it's..

squirrels. there are two SQUIRRELS, running like mad through the tree, chasing after each other, tossing bark all over me and my laptop in the process.

and now they're walking off like NOTHING HAPPENED. grr, squirrels. grrrr.
